“I am delighted to welcome Ms Danielle Brandon as our new Head of Prep where her leadership and vision will further strengthen the outstanding foundations of our Preparatory School,” Headmaster Scott James said.
“Danielle is passionate about nurturing curiosity, confidence and character in boys during these vital early years. Her approach to boys’ education places strong emphasis on engagement, wellbeing and a love of learning.
“We look forward to the positive impact she will have on our boys, staff and families as she leads the Prep School community into its next chapter.”
In previous roles, Danielle has led evolutionary initiatives, establishing student-centred leadership, championing continuous development and integrating international perspectives. She endeavours to prepare students for a richly diverse and interconnected world.
“I am deeply honoured to lead the Knox Grammar Prep community in 2026,” said Danielle. “Together, we will build on the immense pride that staff hold for the boys and continue to strengthen our commitment to delivering education not just well, but exceptionally. We will continue to uphold the traditions that define Knox Grammar, driving forward an education that both meets the highest standards and shapes future leaders.”
Danielle’s leadership philosophy centres upon building strong connections with all in the school communities. She actively looks to understand the unique journey of each student, family and staff member, and in doing so, forms valuable relationships. Danielle encourages a culture of open dialogue, shared vision, deep trust, and community growth.
