
We are thrilled to congratulate Knox Swimming for winning the Thyne Challenge Shield ten years in a row, and Knox Diving for winning the Steven Barnett Shield for the fourth time!

Yesterday, the Knox community experienced the phenomenal 95th CAS Swimming and Diving Championships, a fantastic event that will resonate across future generations of Knox students for years to come.
These milestones are testament to years of refining practices and processes – a true reflection of the dedication, passion and prowess of the swim and dive teams, our committed coaches and support crew, and the students’ encouraging families.
Black and Blue brought to Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre an extraordinary level of athletic excellence, with our enthusiastic Tartan Army and Knox family cheering on our swimmers and divers.
In swimming, Knox Swimming in first place with a score of 466.5, and Knox Diving in first place with a score of 54. There were 18 records across all CAS schools broken last night, including five by Knox students.
Across 77 races, Knox achieved an incredible 40 wins.
Thank you to Barker College, Cranbrook School, St Aloysius’ College, Trinity Grammar School and Waverly College for the good-spirited and close competition.

Staff and visiting guests gathered at Knox on 12 August for a Twilight Networking Event. Bringing leaders together for an evening of connection and conversation, attendees later heard from internationally bestselling author, former state champion boxer and business owner Luke Kennedy.
